Rickard and his team are are experts in the treatment field, dedicated to providing individuals and their families the fundamental support and tools necessary to successfully engage in the recovery process and find healing. With a specialized background in Crisis Intervention and Relapse Prevention, Rickard has found that the key to successful recovery is finding the right kind of treatment.

During his nearly two decades of experience, Rickard has built an extensive network of healthcare professionals which he uses to provide custom and individualized therapeutic options for clients and their families. Laying a strong foundation with his skills as an Interventionist and Treatment Support Strategist™, Rickard’s passion for finding his clients personalized solutions has guided countless individuals to long term recovery.

Katherine Kus

Katherine Kus, M.A., LADC, NCIP is a licensed Substance Abuse Counselor and Nationally Certified Intervention Professional. She has over 10 years of experience working in the field of social services, mental health, and substance abuse.

Katherine received her Bachelor’s Degree at Northeastern University in Behavioral Neuroscience and has a firm understanding of the relationship between the brain and behavior. During this time, Kat completed biological and psychological research in the field of infant and child development at Children’s Hospital, Boston.

Katherine received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specialized in Child and Adolescent services. During this time, Kat completed an internship at a residential treatment center for Women and Children in Hartford, Connecticut. Kat has continued to work in addiction treatment in Detoxes, Residential, and outpatient settings. Through this, Kat has seen first-hand the importance of appropriate treatment placement based on individual need, and has developed a passion for ensuring this for each individual with whom she works.
